Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about 12/21/2023, on a site located at 300 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet when working on a low-slope roof while not being protected from falling to the lower level. Stuart Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466811, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/11/2020, with respect to a workplace located at the corner of North Military Trail and PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
