I sent in several certified letters to all XXXX credit bureaus notifying them that there was incorrect information on my credit report as inaccurate accounts, inquiries and personal information. I only received bogus verified letters from all XXXX bureaus. I recently checked my credit confidently knowing that the inaccurate accounts, inquiries, and personal information we 're removed from my credit report. I also gave an ample amount of time for the creditors and credit bureaus to correct themselves. I 've given the credit bureaus ample amount of months to correct the errors but yet I still see there was no progression or any attempts made to correct this errored information off of my credit report. Both the credit bureau and creditors broke the law without getting any consent from myself, and I have n't received any documents with my signature verified. Many of the FCRA laws we 're broken in this incident, my next move is to file a lawsuit against all XXXX credit bureaus. My name is associated with several XXXX XXXX living today and I noticed that I have several social security numbers that are incorrect, addresses, accounts, inaccurate errored student loans which are n't mine, other accounts that are n't mine as well. The creditors along with the Credit Bureaus have cost so much problems for me because their inputting errors on my credit file which is making my life a living XXXX.

Dear Consumer Finance I am writing a final statement to inform you that I do n't believe I 'm treated fairly. My case with PDQ seems to get thrown out everytime without anyone taking a close look at it. I need a supervisor at both CFPB and PDQ to look over this case along with the account. It is a fraudulent error account on my credit report. I am only left to file a lawsuit against PDQ, XXXX, & XXXX. This is a situation that has been ongoing for a couple years and it seems to get over looked. If no one looks after this case, I am left to file a lawsuit against the two bureaus along with PDQ. This is not a threat, i am fed up and wo n't allow a fraudulent error to remain on my credit report that is n't mine. This case has been looked over and someone needs to take a very close look at it and not allow it to be over looked this time around. If no one looks over this case correctly I will post all the credit bureaus and PDQ on public record if this gets over looked and a positive resolution is n't correct on my credit file. Please investigate this case closely. I sent in certified letters to PDQ, XXXX XXXX & XXXX to review this case and I asked for any documents from each credit bureaus along with PDQ and no one sent me any documents bearing my name or signature. It is very frustrating and embarrassing and comes with great pain to be going through a situation where a fraudulent error is torchuring my life and credit.

XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX Re : Acct # Fraudulent Accounts reinserted without notifying me To Whom It May Concern : On XX/XX/XXXX I disputed an account reported by XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, PDQ, XXXX XXXX XXXX in the file you maintain under my Social Security number. I was informed on XX/XX/XXXX that the item was deleted from my credit report. Now I have discovered recently that the item has been reinserted on my credit report. XXXX XXXX posted several bogus account on my report to try and get some compensation thinking that I was ignorant enough to fall for it. This is by far disrespectful and misuse of my credit report, several laws we 're broken according to FCRA. I am consider filing charges along with filing a civil law suit at the court house in my county upon the response I receive in 5 days or less. In accordance with the requirements of the FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ), you are required to notify me of the reinsertion in writing within 5 business days. ( B ) Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. I received no such notification. This is a very serious violation of the FCRA, and I reserve the right to pursue legal action for your blatant disregard for the law. I hereby demand that you immediately delete the item from my credit report in order to avoid legal action. I am submitting this complaint separately to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Attorney General 's Office, and the BBB. Please govern yourself accordingly. PDQ Services responded a day ago and said that the social matches the account but it 's not an account I opened nor I am aware of. I did n't not apply for any credit and I do n't know what PDQ is. I asked PDQ Services to send any documents pertaining my signature because I wanted to see. 1. First of all they failed to send me any documents but they verbally verified the account. 2. You ca n't verbally verify any accounts without any paper work. 3. The account is fraudulent. 4. I feel that PDQ is discriminating me by forcing the account on me. 5. Someone used my social security number to open up this account.
5. I am demanding a reinvestigation or need any documents or paper trail with my signature on it. If you do n't respond back with any documents with my signature not a bill. You must remove this account and for any reason this account is n't removed under any circumstances, I will file a law suit immediately against PDQ Services for discrimination, damages you 've cause to my credit. Falsely accusing me with someone else with the same name XXXX XXXX. 6. XXXX, XXXX must remove this account immediately or else I will file a civil law suit against them as well for engaging in a false verble agreement to verify a fradulent account, and all the above numbers. This is very disappointing and I feel that this is discrimination.
