Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) on the jobsite - employees are exposed to an approximate 8 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not used while working on a 4 in 12 pitched roof; on or about 5/3/17. |
