At the front elevation of a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed an employee to 9-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employee while performing framing work.
