Cross-braces were used as a means of access. a. On or about April 12, 2017, at the scaffold, employees stuccoing a wall were exposed to a fall hazard when ladder was not installed to climb up and down from the scaffold platforms. The employees were using the scaffold frame to climb the scaffold. |
