Employees were observed installing sheathing on the roof with a 5:12 pitch. The eave to ground height measured approximately 10 feet 1/2 inches and the employees had no fall protection system in place. b) For employees working at 6404 Kenava Loop, as observed on or about January 18, 2018. Employees were observed installing roof trusses on the new construction home. The eave to ground height measured approximately 10 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place. RNC Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1274643, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3 January, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4616 Lindever Lane, Palmetto Florida, 34220. |
