On or about July 17, 2018, at Lennar at Park Central, 10651 NW 88th Street, building 7, Apex, Doral, FL 33178, employees working/apply stucco from a supported scaffold, which was positioned on a rooftop more than ten feet above the lower level/ground and was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports; thus exposing the employees to an approximate 36-foot fall hazard. b. On or about July 17, 2018, at Lennar at Park Central, 10651 NW 88th Street, building 7, Apex, Doral, FL 33178, employees working/apply stucco from a supported scaffold, which was positioned on a breezeway more than ten feet above the lower level/ground and was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports; thus exposing the employees to an approximate 24-foot fall hazard. P & W Plastering Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR. 1926.451(b)(1) or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1257357, citation number 01, Item number 001a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/27/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 15400 NW 97th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33018.
