On or about August 16th, 2017, at the jobsite located at Turquesa by Lennar NW 184th St and 89th Ave. Hialeah 33015, the employer did not provide the appropriate well-fitting gloves (butyl or nitrile) to the employee who was using just one damaged glove to perform mixing cement to be used in the plastering operations. |
