At the site, employees were exposed to a 30 feet fall hazard, during drywall installation work, in that, training and education on fall protection was not provided. An employee was working on the fourth floor balcony which was open sided, using stilts and had a retractable device attached on the valve for the fire suppression system, also an employee was standing on a single horse scaffold, used without a platform, placed right at the edge of the open sided balcony, on or about 02/08/2016. |

A certification of abatement was not provided for: Citation 1 item 2 under 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) where the employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
