At the site, lot 100 /1395 Felix Will Dr., Riverview FL, an employee was exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, while carrying nails on the roof with an 8/12 pitch no fall protection was used; their harness was not attached to a life line, on or about 12/29/2015. b. At the site, lot 20 on Felix Will Dr., Riverview FL, an employee was exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, the employee was not wearing any type of fall protection while working from the top of a 10 foot wall, on or about 12/29/2015. Chrome Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1063982, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1991 Trinity Springs, Trinity, FL 33655.
