On a 5:12 pitched roof, at a worksite located at 3314 Warrington Street, in Jacksonville, Florida 32254: The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 2, 2022, when two employees installing sheets of sheathing on the roof of a structure were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 9 to 17-foot to the ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized, while performing framing operations. Vivas Frameng, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1249589, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 9853 Sailor Drive, Lot 73 - Jacksonville, Florida 32221. |
