Building 8, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during roof joist framing work, on or about 10/13/2016. c. Building 8 and 11, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during framing work at the second floor windows where standard railings were not installed on all window openings, on or about 10/13/2016.
