Prancer Capital Corporation has been calling me muilipule times a day every month to try to collect a debt, and leaving detailed messages on my voice mail ( that does NOT have my name attached ) Today for example I was called at XXXX, XXXX XXXX and I declined the call, they then called right back at XXXX XXXX AND again at XXXX at which point I advised them to stop calling me, and the MANAGER refused stating that they could call me as much and as offen as they liked.
They have been calling me consistantly twice a day every month starting from the XXXX of the month I have 33 Messages that have been left on my phone since XXXX

I have recorded calls to back all this up ( I told them it was recorded )...
I have been getting wrong info from this company for almost a year now. I told them I would not pay them until they corrected the reporting to my credit since I have caught them multiple times lying now. They can not legally report me late if they aren't giving me accurate account info to the point where I have no idea what really needs to be paid on my loan.
This is a message I sent to them a few weeks back...
I spoke with XXXX today on XX/XX/year>...
At first .... She said that at the absolute minimum I needed to pay to get my account current ( so it would be zero days past due ) was .... {$1100.00} I only have {$1200.00} in my account the moment which I explained to her...
So with the {$9.00} convenience fee included I would not have had enough to cover it all...
Then she somehow took off {$7.00} in order for me to cover what she said needs to be paid in order for my account not to be reported ....
( Sidenote - Later from another agent I found out that I had already been reported 30 days late today since it was the first of the month which XXXX must have conveniently just forgot to mention to me. ) I asked how can you take {$7.00} off without it being reported when before you said the absolute minimum I needed to pay without any exceptions was the {$1100.00} + {$9.00} ( convenience fee ) totaling = {$1200.00} according to my calculations She said she was able to take off {$7.00} without having it reported because then it would be 51 % of the amount that is due on my account...
But that's clearly not accurate...
When we went over what was due...
These are the numbers she gave me that were due for each month on my account...
XXXX {$260.00} XXXX {$600.00} XXXX {$600.00} The total is {$1400.00} 51 % of {$1400.00} is not {$1100.00} ... like she said it was clearly...
51 % of {$1400.00} is only {$740.00} according to my calculations...
Yet XXXX would not allow me to pay {$740.00} in order for my account not to be reported like she said I could???
Later on she changed the 51 % number to 55 %, and I have no idea how those numbers can change in just a few short minutes ....
So you can clearly see why there was confusion here on my part.
She also said by law according to Florida law ( where XXXX XXXX is incorporated and conducts it's daily business practices ) that I needed to pay the late fees in order for my account not to be reported, and I was not allowed to just make the 2 months premiums payments in order to not have me reported to the credit bureaus ( She also put me on hold so she could check with her supervisor that this was a legal business practice )...
It's very important that your company looks into this to make sure this is accurate with the state laws of Florida...
I'm sure it's important to your company, and I'm sure you take pride in being as honest as possible with your clients...
Just the premium payments for the XXXX months I was behind on... according to my calculations would have been the XXXX and the XXXX payment ... {$570.00} + XXXX totaling {$1100.00} according to my calculations...
So I'm not sure what is going on at the moment since I have received quite a bit of conflicting information on just a few short calls today...
I also had an issue a few months back getting conflicting information within the timeframe of just a few days that had absolutely nothing to do with the billing cycle...
I called on the XXXX, and my billing cycle had alway been on the XXXX as far as I can remember at the moment...
When I called in to make the payment I was told because it was a different month that I needed to pay an extra $ XXXX or so... I don't remember the exact amount with just my memory...
I didn't know there was a new month fee also on my account...
Or maybe it was just that XXXX month particular month that had a month fee...
I'm sure you can clarify this as well I'm sure...
I can tell you exactly what month it is... Just need to go back into my records...
