Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a. On or about 10/22/2015, at the job site - employees conducting roofing work from a 3:12 sloped roof were exposed to about a 9 feet 8 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used. |
