Loan amount : {$30000.00}. Account opened by EOS CCA in XX/XX/XXXX. This loan account was from a private student loan, joint account. This specific account was in deferment and was incorrectly sold to EOS CCA. The other person listed on this joint account bears responsibility for 50 % of entirety of the student loans as decreed by a Judge, and as of XX/XX/XXXX, All of my student loans have been discharged due to my permanent and total XXXX. I have emailed these supporting documents to EOS CCA as evidence and they have not responded to this date. It's been 4 months since I've sent the documents. Still am waiting for a response.
EOS CCA purchased an account, that should never have been sold as it was in interest only deferment ( I was still within 6 months of graduation when this loan was bought by EOS CCA ). The other student loans that were accrued before and after this debt was sold have all been discharged.

I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. A letter was forwarded to me from my previous address from 5 years ago by the current property owner. It is a letter from EOS CCA attempting to collect an alleged debt owed to XXXX. I am unaware of such an account. I have never done business with XXXX in my life. I've been with XXXX and XXXX for as long as I can remember. I have mailed them an FTC report in response to their letter. This account is not mine. I hereby request information/validation proof regarding this account and cease and desist collections otherwise I will have no choice but to file a legal action for damages.

EOS CCA aka Collecto Inc, of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MA XXXX has illegally re-aged a debt that has been defaulted on and reported on my credit report ( by their own admission ) since XX/XX/2017. EOS CCA has illegally re-aged this debt on two separate occasions. Which on both separate occasions my credit score has decreased significantly.
I have also contacted XXXX for a copy of my consumer disclosure file under FCRA Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) and provide me with the date of first delinquency, the FCRA compliance date and the name of the party who reported the date of first delinquency.

On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX directly in regards to an alleged debt appearing on my credit report. This third-party, wholesale, collections company had appeared and before been removed from my XXXX and XXXX ; as they are perpetrating a debt that 1 ) is not a debt which belongs to myself and 2 ) every time they appear they have re-aged the alleged debt to a more current " open date '' thereby in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
This has been found to be an erroneous collections practice and unverifiable. Utilizing ethically and legally questionable behaviors in an attempt to collect a debt to which there is non owed.
XXXX was informed of this behavior and asked to investigate the alleged debt to provide proof of ownership and accuracy in reporting ( e.g. age of alleged debt ).
Within the allowed time, XXXX reported a response that the debt had been verified and would remain. XXXX and it's representatives refused to provide any details regarding in what manner the alleged debt had been verified ; additionally the representative refused to forward a request for my complete consumer disclosure file under FCRA Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ).

After XXXX XXXX passed I went to XXXX on XX/XX/2017 to have all lines switched over. It wasn't until two months later that I was notified that XXXX XXXX still had an open revolving account. XXXX did not switch all lines and the reason how I found out is because I was waiting on a final bill from XXXX XXXX to have XXXX process electronic visas to pay off the XXXX XXXX account. There were additional charges added which I notify XXXX about. I also notify XXXX XXXX that they did not have my correct address on file and that's why I never heard anything from them. I am currently still waiting on XXXX to process those electronic visas to pay XXXX XXXX. By the time two months had pass when I found out about the account still being open I had been laid off by my employer. I became XXXX and have not been able to obtain employment to make any payment of my own. Once I received the letter a few weeks ago because of XXXX XXXX having wrong address and PO box issues I called the collector and try to pay the amount that i have a letter for of XXXX. I did not know of any of this earlier or i would have paid my share. I cant pay for XXXX share because they havent issue there portion yet and had drop the ball on this issue. This XXXX wants XXXX and i try to explain but they said no to anything i was trying to explain.

They are calling without identifying both the name of the creditor and the name of the person they are calling.
If I answer the phone, they stay on the line without saying anything.

I am disputing the above referenced debt. Please verify this debt as required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices ( FDCPA ) ( section 1692g ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX Administrative Code ( section 20-493.2 ). XXXX XXXX XXXX regulations require all debt collectors to send specific written documentation verifying the debt. Under section 2-190 of the Rules of the City of XXXX XXXX, verification requires all of the following : Proof of my agreement to pay the original creditor A copy of the final account statement issued by the original creditor ; A breakdown of the total amount due, showing principal, interest, and other charges ; and For all other charges, the date of and the basis for each charge. I dispute this charge because I do not recognize this debt and I do not owe any money to this creditor. I monitor my report monthly and I have become a responsible consumer and this is an unfamiliar debt to me. If it were indeed valid it would have been paid. Moreover, this debt appears to be past the Statute of Limitations. Because I am disputing this debt, you should not report it to the credit reporting agencies. If you have already reported it, please notify the credit reporting agencies that the debt is disputed and/or delete the trade line from my credit report. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate, or failing to report information correctly, violates the FDPCA and their Fair Credit Reporting Act. I received a alert from XXXX XXXX that a new account has been added to my report and affected my score. I checked and it was from EOS CCA collection company in the amount of {$1200.00} from XXXX. I called the number provided by credit karma and called EOS. I gave them my S.S # 3 times and they could not find any account. Finally when I gave my phone # that 's how they located my account. Now I canceled my service with XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX after being a customer for over 7 years. I was not aware or told that I will be charged for cancelation of a contract with XXXX. I even called back in XX/XX/XXXX because I was charge a payment in XX/XX/XXXX and still was not told about the contract fee. I asked the collection company why I never received a collection letter or phone call. they said one letter was mailed to the address I moved from and they called me 35 times but it 's their policy not to leave any message. How am I suppose to know that I have a bill. I also called XXXX and was told it is stated in my contract that if I cancel my service a % 70 fee will be charge. A contract that I signed 7 years ago and no longer have to review. When I asked the collection rep why they did n't try to contact me instead of sending it off to collection they told me its my responsibility and they do not leave message either in regards to any collection. Now how am I suppose to know of a fee if I was not aware of it or even try to make payments on it had I know about this. I have a very good credit score, I work hard to keep all my recent credit accounts paid to date for something that I was not aware of or given the right to dispute or make payments on it. this collection has affected my credit score now. Mind you I did ask the collection company if I can make {$30.00}. payments since I 'm a stay at home mom. My husband is XXXX in the military and he pays all bills. I was told NO unfortunate they will only accept XXXX a month for 12 months for full payment.

OnXX/XX/XXXX2015, I took out three phones from XXXX with a family plan. A week later, I returned all three phones on the store, located at XXXX, XXXX County, Florida because the phone connections do not meet our expectations. Since I returned my phones to XXXX because the expected signals did not meet our family expectations, and I paid the appropriate fees for that transaction, and I am not obligated to pay anything to this company. However, XXXX has tried to collect a debt of {$830.00} with different collection companies. They have hurt my credit inappropriately and despite my phone is placed in " Do not call list '' they are continuing calling me looking for the " supposed '' debt. Despite, I have sent several letters requesting a Video recorded analysis in the store in which the supposed transaction was done, they have omitted this fact and they just send me bills with no signatures with my name at the top. Please, investigate this complaint and have them to remove it record from my credit report. Thanks

I received correspondence re a debt which is not valid since it was paid off to the original creditor in 2015. I called the company and advised them that the debt was not valid and that it had already been paid and asked them to STOP calling me or sending me correspondence because it was not valid. To the contraire of my request, they continue the calls and messages and have not provided proof of debt validation as I asked them to confirm with the original creditor that it was paid off.

XXXX Service continues to call trying to collect a debt " allegedly '' owed by someone I do not know. I have repeatedly told the collection company I do not know the person they are looking for for and to remove my phone number from their list. As of today I received another call. BTW ( I have had this phone number for over 19 years ) and I am on the do not call list

I have never once held a cell account or phone with XXXX. I do not know what the debt is for with XXXX and noone tells me why they keep reporting it. Again my service was never with XXXX My business line is the only XXXX i have and that is current.
