On or about 6/23/14, an employee was injured while taking out the linens from the dryer. b) As observed on or about 07/07/2014 at 701 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa (FL), in that, the Speed Queen gas dryer, S/N 0303013466,had the front upper panel removed exposing the ignited flame while in operation. |
