The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on November 7, 2016, when two employees are working on a residential roof at 2023 McHarry Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32217 without fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet to the ground below. Roofmax Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981866, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 12762 Avalon Court, Jacksonville, FL 32224. |
