At the job site, employees installing floor trusses on building 5 were exposed to a 31 feet 3 inch (from the edge of the fourth story floor to the ground), and a 10 foot (from the top of the fourth story floor trusses to the third story floor) fall hazards, in that, no type of fall protection was used, on or about 09/24/2015. b. At the job site, employees marking the walls locations on building 7 were exposed to a 31 feet 3 inch (from the edge of the fourth story floor to the ground) fall hazard, in that, no type of fall protection was used, on or about 09/24/2015.
