Complaint What Happened Hi I set up a transfer few hours ago and got an email that that my account was deactivated. I had substantial history with the company and never had this problem before. During the transaction the company changed the exchange rate so the amount equaled in XXXX XXXX The transaction number ends with a XXXX Then company sent me two verification codes both with 38 In my birth country the year of birth on my passport is XXXX I then asked the company why it was sending the same numbers as this is an Iranian discrimination and harm method and the company said it was my bank doing it so it lied because the codes were sent by the comapny and the figures pertain to the app This company did not deliver the pending transaction I got on the chat from my other account, and the customer service agent would not help me and provided irrelevant information I suspect this company is Iranian realted or I am being harmed on purpose by this company Why is this company suported by CFPB and the united staets of america Please request from this company 1 ) why my transaction was not delivered on time, 2 ) why it changed the exchage rate in the middle of transaction, XXXX ) why it deactivated me account, XXXX ) why it would not delete my personal information and accounts when asked, XXXX ) and to provide all my prior transaction information since my account is deactivated, XXXX ) to delete my accounts and personal information

Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/XXXX I started using SENDWAVE APP to send money to myself in my own checking account in XXXX. I did a total of XXXX transactions : DEBIT XX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXX MA XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX All transactions sent from XXXX account in XXXX was successfully delivered to the my XXXX account, but then on XX/XX/XXXX I received a message from my XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX telling me that SENDWAVE contested the money and all the transactions was sent back to them. Since XX/XX/XXXX I've been calling Sendwave asking for the money to go back to my XXXX account. After a number of calls to Sendwave on XX/XX/XXXX, they finally returned XXXX out of XXXX transactions back to my XXXX account, but for some reason that no one can explain they did not refund two transactions which was : DEBIT XX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXX MA XX/XX/XXXX XXXX DEBIT XX/XX/XXXX Sendwave XXXX MA XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I call them few times a week, everytime the person who I talk to do not understand what I am talking about, they always tell me they will pass this to the supervisor to call me back, I wait 2 days and nothing, no call no refund. I am so drained and upset with this situation, I had no ideia SENDWAVE can just take money from people like this. I need help. I can provide all the documentation necessary, I have both bank 's statements and the info of the the transactions.
