Appellant’s August 17, 2017 petition for writ of certiorari is treated as the initial brief. Within ten (10) days of this order, appellant shall file a supplemental appendix containing a transcript of the July 18, 2017 hearing on the motion to dismiss. Appellees shall serve an answer brief within twenty (20) days after service of the supplemental appendix. Further briefing shall be as prescribed by the rules. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(e).
