This violation was observed on or about April 18, 2017. b) In the wall and panel assembly area, an employee working was exposed to continuous noise levels at 102.6% of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 80 dBA) during the 452 minute sampling period on April 18, 2017; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the exposure was assumed for the 28 minutes not sampled.
