On or about Dec. 2, 2014, on the northeast side of the house, an employee working on a jobsite cutting wood while using a circular saw did not wear eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris. b. On or about Dec. 2, 2014, on the northeast side of the house, an employee working on a jobsite using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris.
