On or about Dec. 2, 2014, on the northeast side of the house, an employee working on a jobsite cutting wood while using a circular saw did not wear eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris. b. On or about Dec. 2, 2014, on the northeast side of the house, an employee working on a jobsite using a pneumatic nail gun did not wear eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck in the eye or face by flying debris. Signature USA Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981785, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Medley Street, Lot 73, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. |
