The employee was working on an approximate 5:12 pitch roof and exposed to a fall height of approximately 18 feet 3 inches. b) For employees working at building 404 as observed on or about 25 January 2018. Employees were observed on the roof without the use of a fall protection system in use. Employee was working on the roof while connected to a lifeline. The employee disconnected the lanyard from the harness and descended down the roof to the ladder. The employee was working on an approximate 5:12 pitch roof and exposed to a fall height of approximately 18 feet 3 inches. |
