On or about Oct. 10, 2014, on the east side of a new construction residential home, an employee measuring framing areas was not protected from a 9 feet 7 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system. Vicvik Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957490, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 710 N.
