On or about October 26, 2018, jobsite located at 1610 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, employees were exposed to a struck-by eye injury, when using a pneumatic nail gun to install roofing materials were not wearing eye protection equipment. REPEAT: Fastage Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981870, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 421 SW Federal Highway, Stuart Florida 34994 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/2014. |
