At 6908 Sylvan Woods Drive, employees installing roof shingles on a 5:12 pitched roof were exposed to a fall hazard in that they were not using a conventional or alternative fall protection system to protect them from the 10-foot fall hazard from the edge of the roof to the ground below, on or about May 29, 2014. |
