Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about February 11, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the ground level while working on a commercial flat roof. |
