Employees working at elevations greater than 6 feet from the ground or lower levels while performing residential framing are not being protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective fall protection against falls as required by the standard as most recently demonstrated on August 23, 2017, on the first floor when framing employees installing trusses were exposed to an eleven feet fall hazard, in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
