On the north tower of 2765 Hwy A1A in Indialantic Beach, on or about March 31, 2021 and at times prior, the employer did not train an employee who installed wood framing from a HaulMaster Multi-task ladder on a 5th floor balcony, in the procedures to recognize and minimize hazards related to ladders, thereby exposing the worker to a fall hazard of 40 feet to ground level.
