The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. On or about February 15, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that employees who work on and around lead contaminated work surfaces in the shooting range lobby were provided with training that contained appendices A and B of the Lead Standard. Miami Guns, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987257, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2640 West 84th Street, Hialeah, FL 33016. |
