On or about March 20, 2014, in the packing area, the 110-V Baldor DC-Drive adjustable speed control box for the conveyor was not installed in a neat manner in that the power cable had visible electrical wiring outside the box that was not properly insulated. b. On or about March 20, 2014, in the packing area, the 110-V Baldor DC-Drive adjustable speed control box had an opening in the front cover with a missing speed control dial beside the on/off switch button, potentially exposing live parts that were not guarded to prevent accidental contact. |
