Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) For employees working at 2113 Reynolds Street in Sarasota as observed on or about 25 January, 2018. Employees were on the low pitch roof installing new metal roofing. Employees were working on an approximate 2.7:12 pitch roof without a personal fall protection system in use. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 8 feet 3.5inches.
