On or about 11/20/14, at 8401 NW 33rd Street Lot 09/Block 01, an employee standing on a tie-beam of a new residential home in construction and not using a means of fall protection was exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard. c. On or about 11/20/14, at 8401 NW 33rd Street Lot 18/Block 04, employees who were tying rebars on top of a new residential home in construction and not using a means of fall protection were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard. According to STD 03-11-002 Compliance Guidance for Residential Construction 1926.501(b)(1) standard applies based on the material used in framework of the structure.
