THE COMPANY OPERATES SIX PART 145 CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITIES IN THE U.S.THIS PROPOSAL ADDRESSES CHALLENGES IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY, INCLUDING A SHORTAGE OF TRAINED WORKERS AND ATTRACTING NEW TALENT TO AVIATION MAINTENANCE. THE SECTOR IS PROJECTED TO SEE A DEMAND FOR 125,000 NEW AVIATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (AMT) JOBS IN NORTH AMERICA BY 2042. AERSALE AIMS TO NURTURE INTEREST IN AVIATION MAINTENANCE EARLY, GIVEN INCREASING AIR TRAVEL AND MAINTENANCE NEEDS.THE AERSALE ACE ACADEMY IS PROPOSED AS A SOLUTION. THIS PROGRAM AIMS TO CREATE APPRENTICESHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNDERREPRESENTED CITIZENS, FOCUSING ON ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED NEIGHBORHOODS, TRANSITIONING SERVICEMEMBERS, AND HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED GROUPS.
