Solers Research Group offers a range of training and education support for the DoD, federal, and state markets. SolersRG is versed in being a prime contractor and offers a depth of knowledge and capabilities in training execution. Training pinpoints effectiveness for learning and encompasses support at any of the following areas: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Apply an instructional systems design approach to training and learning (educational sector). We perform analysis obtaining tasks, similar systems, and state of the art assessments, mission analysis, or environmental. In many of our media selection tool was identified by NAWCTSD, the USMC, and private organizations to align their training needs with actionable and measurable methods. From the output of analyses, we design and develop courseware or conduct conversion and revision and maintenance.
