Complaint What Happened I agreed to start alarm service with XXXX on XX/XX/18 for $ XXXX but received a notice/bill for {$48.00}. I never signed a contract for {$48.00} but the technician did sign my name electronically while I only signed a manual one for {$27.00}. I have a copy of both contracts. I requested to end service when I found out this happened which was within the first month as I would never do business with a company that did this - essentially they are sticking to the {$48.00} contract is valid and it is not, I only signed the {$27.00} of which they never address. Again I've never paid them anything not one month and never used their service but they have put it on my credit report. I have disputed this and with the collection company who bought this, Complete Credit Solutions who just provides the 2 credit bureaus with the fraudulent contract and rejects my dispute. I have a copy of everything, exhausted from explaining my case to XXXX, Complete Credit Solutions, submitted fraud affidavits, etc. I want it removed from my credit report and after all this hassle I'm good with suing XXXX and Complete Credit Solutions as they have very little info but a forged contract yet I have the one I actually signed and attempts to validate that have gone dismissed.

Complaint What Happened Parking Old Debt On Credit Report - re-aging a debt. In XX/XX/XXXX, a new debt appeared on my credit report, and consequently have lowered my credit score. Upon my investigation I found out that this is an old debt that has been re-aged. This debt in question was opened in XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX and an amount of {$430.00} was charged off. Re-aging an old debt is illegal no matter when the old debt was re-purchased. From previous response to my complaint, the collection agency is well aware of the age of the debt. Here is their response : " CCS Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX web portal response XX/XX/XXXX The account in question was purchased by Complete Credit Solution , Inc. ( CCS ) XX/XX/XXXX. The account was originated through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) account number XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The last payment date was XX/XX/XXXX. The first delinquency date was XX/XX/XXXX.The charge off date was XX/XX/XXXX and the charged of amount was {$430.00}. As of this date, our office has had no contact with XXXX XXXX regarding this account. I believe his reference to communication at his place of employment or other locations reference in his complaint was prior to our purchase date of XX/XX/XXXX. In an attempt to resolve this matter with XXXX XXXX we are willing to settle this matter for 50 % ( {$210.00} ) of the outstanding balance. Complaint What Happened I previously checked my credit report in XXXX XXXX and disputed this information from a company Complete Credit Solution. Original Creditor : XXXX Amount : {$1600.00} Open : XX/XX/XXXX, However, I disputed that this account was not mine and I would like for them to send me documentation that I applied for it and no one ever responded or reached out. I went ahead again in XXXX of XXXX they started calling again which seems to be their normal tactics and harass me again and I did answer my phone and the young lady was very rude an unprofessional and refused to give her name and a call back number, because I couldn't call her back from the XXXX she called from and I was to pay bill in not so nice way or they will make my life XXXX. So I filed a fraud report with the police department and they were not happy and still refused to speak with the detective and refused to give me any information on my case about the account on my credit. They are asking me to provide bank statements from XXXX XXXX or a notarized letter stating that I did or didn't have an account with them from XXXX XXXX however they went out of business in XX/XX/XXXX if I am correct. The number listed on my credit report they will answer but refuse to speak with me and directed me to file a complaint on your website.

Complaint What Happened So there is a item on my report that I disputed numerous times over the past XXXX or more years. Each time they came back and statd that the debt is valid. However it is not mine. SO when I did some reasearch they stated that it was a employee debt from the postal service or something. However I am a nurse and have never worked at the post office. After XXXX years I figured it would be just better to let it fall off in time as disputing and sending certified letter did nothing. No one ever sent anything to me despite multiple letters sent to them certified requesting this information. But however this year i relaized that this derogatory item was going to prevent me from buying a home so perhaps if I asked them to settle the debt it would be over finally and it was worth a small amount of money to me personally to see it finally gone. So I contacted complete credit solutions directly not via the credit bureaus. I came to an agreement to settle the account the first offer letter they sent me proved that this was not my account as it had an address for me in XXXX. which to me was proof that it was not my account. I have never even driven through michigan much less lived at this address. They told me that that was the address they were given from the original creditor. WHo I also attempted to dispute the debt with. I have copies of all of this communication ( for the record ) SO I paid the XXXX. THey said it would slot my account for deletiong and to check my credit in XXXX month. I did that and all they did was deduct the XXXX from the amount due and it was not paid at all!!! much less deleted. THen to make it worse I had to fight through their phone email and being transferred to XXXX people over XXXX hours to find the person that made the offer to me and he remembered our conversation and said that it was thier mistake and he would escalate it to be deleted. This still also has not occurred. I find it infuriating that I paid money on an account that want even mine in the first place but then to have them not do as they promised made it worse. I have copies of all the communication as I had a similar instance of another company that said they would delete it in a settlement and also just now lists it as paid settlement not deleted as promised this is why I asked for it in writing this time. Please help me get this removed as I am trying to close on a home and it is a bi problem to my account score

Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2021, a collection of {$1300.00} was placed in my name on my credit profile from an unknown debt collection agency identified as Complete Credit Solution with no prior notifications sent to me via mail, email or phone. Since then, I have disputed this debt multiple times with all 3 credit bureaus XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who have only stated that the debt was confirmed with no actual investigation or documentation sent to me for confirmation. I have also sent notarized and certified letters dated XX/XX/2021 for all 3 credit bureaus and XX/XX/2021 ( with an estimated arrival date of XX/XX/2021 ) to the debt collection agency and all have since refused to send me documentation of this alleged debt or their investigation methods to which I have no knowledge of creating. I have been the victim of identity theft numerous amounts of time and there is even a notice on my credit reports to identify all information and without proper confirmation this constitutes fraud and another case of identity theft. This debt has been on my account for over 6 months and has caused me great distress as I can not acquire vital loans or new lines of funding needed for the my financial future. As per this regulation, I am entitled to receive information about the debt they are attempting to collect, yet this has not been furnished. 2. **No Opportunity to Dispute Account** : Under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ), I should have been given an opportunity to dispute the account. Complete Credit Solution has not provided me with this opportunity, infringing upon my right to contest the validity of the debt. 3. **Deceptive Practices** : The agency has been using false, misleading, and deceptive means in their operations, violating my consumer rights. The abusive practices employed by Complete Credit Solution contravene the guidelines set forth to protect consumers from such undue harassment and misinformation. 4. **Unauthorized Furnishing of Information to Consumer Reporting Agencies** : As per 12 CFR 1006.34 ( d ) and 15 USC 1681s2 ( 7 ) ( A ), Complete Credit Solution has no authority to furnish any account information to consumer reporting agencies without providing all the legally required disclosures. Complaint What Happened I have made a purchase with XXXX XXXX in XXXX . Unfortunately, in XXXX my my wife lost her job during the recession and could not afford to make payments. They have called me at work and asked me why I stopped making payments ( I was appalled that they would even call my place of work ) but I have told them our situation.
