29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) (a) Jobsite: The Preserve at Longleaf located at 3231 Conservation Place, Melbourne, FL: Approximately ten (10) employees performing residential construction activities such as roof tile installation, on a 20 feet high a 5:12 pitch roof, were not protected from falling, exposing employees to fall hazards of more than twenty (20) feet to the ground level, on or about 12/9/2022. The G and G Roofing Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of a occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581699, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4465 Preserve Drive. |
