Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about March 08, 2019, at 9990 NW 9th Street Circle, Indian Lake Village Condo, Miami, Florida, 33172, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20-feet to ground level while performing roofing work on a low sloped roof without any means of conventional fall protection system or safety monitoring system or safety monitor. The MG EXCELLENCE SERVICES CORPORATION was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230010, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2801 NW 103rd Street, Miami FL. 33147.
