Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about March 08, 2019, at 9990 NW 9th Street Circle, Indian Lake Village Condo, Miami, Florida, 33172, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20-feet to ground level while performing roofing work on a low sloped roof without any means of conventional fall protection system or safety monitoring system or safety monitor.
