In no case shall the extension be such that ladder deflection under a load would, by itself, cause the ladder to slip off its support. a) 409 Sweetgrass Lane, Niceville, FL 32578: On or about May 20, 2022, the controlling employer failed to ensure that its sub-contractor Easterson, LLC protected its employees from a 10 feet (and greater) fall hazard in that an employee was allowed to ascend/descend/work from an extension ladder extended upward from the the ground to the upper level (14.5 feet) without the ladder's rails/rungs extended at least 3 feet above the next level. |
