(a) On roof b -- during the removal of roofing materials, fall protection was not enforced for employees working on a roof 12-ft from the eaves to ground and a pitch of 1/12, on or about January 23, 2013. Fosters Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(l) which was contained in OSHA inspection 728481, citation 1, item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/12, with respect to a workplace located at 4017 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, FL. 34677. |
