Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 22, 2013, on the 6:12 pitch roof employees were working without the use of a complete fall protection system, being exposed to a 19 feet 2-inch fall hazard. (b) On or about January 22, 2013, between the trusses of the front entry gable an employee was working without the use of a complete fall protection system, being exposed to a 9 feet 9-inch fall hazard. (c) On or about January 22, 2013, employees working on the 2nd floor at the east side entry area where no wall had been framed in, being exposed to a 10 feet 6-inch fall hazard.
