Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a safety monitoring system alone: a. On or about December 17, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, seven employees were observed walking and working on a low-slope roof without the use of conventional fall protection or without a warning line system and safety monitoring system.
