I received an alert from XXXX about an account being reported by UNITED WE COLLECT INC. Please be advised this item reported to XXXX by UNITED WE COLLECT INC is a VIOLATION of the HIPAA Act of 1996.
XXXX XXXX XXXX did NOT provide me a HIPPA release that releases my medical information to UNITED WE COLLECT INC, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPPA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against UNITED WE COLLECT INC should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law. UNITED WE COLLECT INC is in direct violation of HIPAA regulations, and they are facing fines up to {$1000.00}, even possible jail time. I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against XXXX as well, since they are the only bureau incorrectly reporting this debt.
I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from you expeditiously as I have no idea where this debt is coming from and I do not owe this company any money.

In accordance with the fair credit reporting UNITED WE COLLECT INC acct # XXXX Has violated my rights under section 15 U.S. Code 1681b that states- The creditor must have written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates to report any items on my credit report.
This creditor does not have my written instruction or permission to report any items on my credit report furthermore I have no knowledge of this account and it belonging to me. I have sent letters requesting proof of this debt belonging to me and this agency refused to respond and provide the required documents according to the law.

I have sent multiple debt validation letters to United We Collect Inc, formerly known as United Collection Service , Inc . I sent the original debt validation letter on XX/XX/21 and sent a second validation letter on XX/XX/21. I did receive correspondence from United We Collect in the mail. This company has failed to validate this alleged debt. Instead, they sent an itemized list of charges along with a copy of a patient statement from my medical records which I know is a direct violation of Hipaa regulations. United We Collect Inc has violated my Hipaa rights. I've never signed a Hipaa form authorizing them to have access to this information. Please terminate this account and cease all collection activities or I will be forced to take legal action in response to this violation. I have attached the forms that were sent to me for your review.

I noticed an account on my credit report that I did not re-call owing and I did not know who the collector was so I sent them a letter asking them to verify the debt back on XX/XX/XXXX. They merely sent me an invoice with an amount with little to no information about the debt.
On XX/XX/XXXX I advised them that what they sent me does not prove the validity of the debt just that the debt exists on their records. I advised them that reporting collection activity on an account which has not been validated is a violation.
On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I proceeded to notify them that without necessary proof I would be filing complaints without further response from the company.
