29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about May 2, 2016, at the jobsite, on a 7:12 pitch roof, 6 employees performing roofing operations were not protected from an 8 foot fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection. House Doctors Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114521, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1625 Derringer Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225. House Doctors Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1073419, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Southern Grove Drive, St. Johns, FL 32259. |
