On or about June 27, 2017, employees operating nail guns were not wearing safety glasses and were being exposed to flying debris and nails. Jim Taylor Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133325, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1511 Derbyshire Road, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. |
