On or about October 28, 2015, on the north side of a 11/12 pitch roof of a residential house, an employee working on the roof was not protected from a 16 feet 8 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system. Mark Kelly, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915924, citation number 01, item number 01a and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4309 Essex Terrace Lot 16, Pace, FL 32571. |
