WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501 (B)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 314260837, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 5, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON JULY 28, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1300 NE 191ST STREET, NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL 33179. CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. |
