On or about June 9, 2015, at the south side of the building, one employee doing sheathing work on a 4:12 pitch roof was not protected from a 9ft.-5in. fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. b. On or about June 9, 2015, at the southeast side of the building, one employee doing leading edge work while sheathing on a 4:12 pitch roof was not protected from a 12ft.-5in. fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. c. On or about June 9, 2015, at the south side of the building, one employee doing sheathing work on the top ridge of a 6:12 pitch roof was not protected from a 17 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. CW Building Contractor, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951357, citation 01, item 1, issued on June 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 6215 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL, 32408. The final order date was March 26, 2014. |
