Astro Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1621758, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 711 Horseman Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127. |

On a 6:12 pitched roof, at a temporary residential worksite located at 711 Horseman Drive, Port Orange, Florida 32127: On or about September 13, 2022, the employer exposed four employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while nailing down roof shingles. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 8 to 16-foot 10-inches to the ground. |
