On or about July 1, 2013, next to the table, close to the North East side of Exit door in the shop, an extension cord had been plugged into an electrical outlet above the machine, and ran down to the floor, where it was used as a substitute for permanent wiring to energize a small press machine. c. On or about July 1, 2013, on the Blanket Machine, an extension cord, which had been plugged into an electrical outlet above and connected to a fan, was used as a substitute for permanent wiring to energize the fan.
